Once your cart inquiry is evaluated by our team, we will send a comprehensive quote overview to your WhatsApp. Orders are finalized upon receipt of a direct Bank Transfer or Business UPI transaction code. Standard orders utilize a 100% upfront payment structure, while large-scale custom tooling creations deploy a 50% advance / 50% pre-dispatch breakdown.
All our intricate diecast modifications are manufactured using industrial-grade, high-fidelity photopolymer resin. This allows us to achieve crisp micro-details (like individual wheel bolts and engine manifolds) that standard plastic 3D printers cannot produce. The normal prints are printed using PLA, PETG, ABS or TPU based on use case.
Yes, Normal acrylic paint can be used to paint on top of 3D prints. An layer of clear coat may be added for added protection to avoid flaking off of paint during rough use.
Because Craftarium functions under a custom, print-on-demand manufacturing model, production begins immediately once payment is confirmed. Therefore, cancellations are not accepted once a machine cycle is initiated. We do not accept returns for custom-fit items or general changes of mind; however, if an item arrives damaged due to courier transit issues, send a clear unboxing video to our WhatsApp within 24 hours of receipt, and our QA board will dispatch an immediate replacement print.
We primarily specialize in 1:64 scale (Hot Wheels, Matchbox, MiniGT) and 1:18 scale premium collector modifications. However, because we design completely custom geometries using our professional CAD workstations, we can scale any catalog wheel, spoiler, or engine kit to fit 1:43, 1:24, or custom scales upon request. Just specify your scale requirements in the inquiry cart description!
For our Custom Order System, you can upload standard reference images (.jpg, .png) or blueprints of the real-world parts you want replicated. If you are a digital designer, you can directly send a 3D-ready .stl or .obj file after contacting via whatsapp. Please include clear annotations detailing the exact dimensions (e.g., axle width, wing span in millimeters) to ensure absolute precision fitment.
